Position:
Formwork Design Engineer
United Kingdon
A growing UK based business is looking for a Formwork Design Engineer, this role also gives you the opportunity to progress your career with an ICE approved Training programme
Responsible for producing temporary works designs for excavation support, propping, formwork and falsework.
Checking designs and drawing in accordance with BS5975:2019
Attend client meetings and carry out site visits.
Review design briefs provided by the sales team
Various UK locations; Yorkshire, Midlands, South
HND or Degree level education in Civil/Structural Engineering
Minimum 3 years’ experience designing temporary works
Experience of designing Formwork & Falsework
Understanding of CDM 2015 and experience utilising AutoCAD 2D and/or REVIT
Experience of checking Groundworks, Formwork & Falsework or Propping is highly desirable
