Head of Engineering – Formwork

Role & Responsibilities
Manage the engineering department, providing first-class formwork, scaffolding and shoring solutions to clients
Develop and implement a local Engineering strategy
Training & Development of local Engineers
Develop Engineering performance and processes
Essentials
Degree level Education within an Engineering discipline
Detailed Engineering experience within the Formwork Industry
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Construction
BricsCAD or AutoCAD (or similar) operating skills / experience is essential
Fluent English both oral and written, Bahasa Indonesia (preferably)
