A leading, UK wide provider of Temporary Works equipment is looking for a Hire Desk Controller, with exceptional customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced work environment.
Role & Responsibilities
Planning the delivery and collection of all hire equipment
Dealing with enquiries and converting them into Hire Business for the Company
Manage incoming orders
Coordinate requests for equipment collections
Calculate & provide quotations using the CRM system (inspHire)
Coordinate with other Depots
Essentials
Customer services experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience using CRM systems (inspHire is desirable)
Self-motivated with exceptional organisational skills
Clear communication skills
Must have UK driving licence and access to a car
