Position:
Regional Operations Manager - Temporary Works
North West & Yorkshire
Responsible for leading two busy Operational Depots in the North West & Yorkshire, as well as working alongside the Commercial Teams to lead the growth of the existing businesses and establishing new opportunities
Managing multiple Teams across 2 Depots you will travel twice weekly in order to ensure that key day to day activities are executed to the highest level
Reporting to the Commercial Director you will work autonomously ensuring the business expectations are met
Performance manage your operational and sales teams, ensuring individual development and longer term succession planning
Proven track record of business management within the Construction / Construction Hire Services sectors
Depot Operational & people management
Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities
Capable of engaging effectively at all levels with in the business and wider construction industry
