Position:
Report directly to the Managing Director Italy and supervise the sales force covering Northern Italy
Contribute to the achievement of Company sales objectives and support the team for the development of sales techniques and strategies
You will be responsible for achieving sales objectives and developing the customer platform.
Assist the Sales Team for the North of Italy in maintaining relationships with customers, negotiations, closing agreements and identifying potential customers, also through constant support on the field.
You will be a leader towards your collaborators, supporting their professional development to contribute to the continuous improvement of a high performing team.
Experience in managing commercial teams in the construction sector or similar;
Experience with Formwork systems is essential
Degree level Education in Technical or Commercial disciplines; a degree in Engineering is a plus;
Fluent Italian and English language skills
High level of negotiation skills
Willingness to travel across your Region
