Position:
Manage & Lead the UK Scaffolding Sales Team to achieve revenue targets
Develop and implement the strategic business plan
Grow market share withing scaffolding sector
Support Building and Infrastructure Formwork teams to grow revenue in scaffolding applications
Manage pipeline for target projects
Work closely with the Sales Director to implement and deliver the sales strategy
Scaffolding Industry Marketing and Sales experience
Commercial experience within the Scaffolding sector
Proven knowledge of all scaffolding, access and shoring systems
AutoCAD and MS Office
Coaching/Leadership experience of Sales Engineers/Sales Managers
